Detailing what you want and what it will take to make it happen! 1. Identify conditions you desire in the different areas of your life. 2. Imagine what it would be like for these conditions to be real in your life right now. How would you feel? What would you be thinking? What would be going on? 3. Identify the resources, states, strategies and skills you may already possess or those that would be required to get what you want. Target the Identity you'd require to make it happen, the values you wish to achieve, the intent of the behavior(s), the beliefs that will drive and support you, the emotions that will empower you and the very strategies (behaviors) you will need to do in order for you to get what you want. 4. Think of something you are successful at already, something you know how to do and you feel good about it. Focus on what you do well, on what you are certain you are good at. Get this picture up and running in the movie theater of your mind and make it bigger, brighter. Bring it up close and double the size. Look through your eyes. 5. Now, see yourself "As if" you have achieved what you want. View, through the Success Set of mind, the Vision of Success coming alive. Unfold the Sequence of Success you have designed. Associate pleasure to having taken the necessary action to achieve desired state outcomes. 6. Take a moment right now and identify something that is very real to you, something that has really happened in your life... something that you have already accomplished or done, achieved or believed about yourself to be true. Then, view through this "Reality Set" of mind what you want happening, the Vision of Success and the Sequence of Success, 7. Now, recognize and realize what used to trigger and limit you, or keep you from getting what you want, old patterns, negative or nonproductive beliefs, emotions or behaviors or just plain inaction. Take a moment to associate tremendous pain to whatever used to limit you or keep you from getting what you want. What has it cost you? 8. Interpret these signs as triggers or cues compelling you to go forward towards taking action to get what you want. Go for it! Apply your productive resources, Values, Intention, Beliefs, Emotions/States, Strategies and Skills (behaviors) In-Mind now. What used to trigger you to not take action, to hesitate or to procrastinate, now leads you to make your move & do what you know you need to in order to achieve desired state conditions of success. 9. Use the power of Success Conditioning now, in your mind first. Go First... MindFirst! Practice running through the Sequence of Success as many times as you need to, to become comfortable & satisfied that you have all the resources, strategies and skills, along with the beliefs, emotions and behaviors to make what you want happen. If at anytime you run into a glitch in your mind, restart the process & run it through the Action Generator again until you achieve desired state & get that feeling of YES! That is exactly what I want & I am taking action to achieve it. Decide on What You Want. Create The Vision of Success. Design The Sequence of Success.
