DESIGN SOLUTION MODELING™

I provide the following exercises and worksheets just so you can "Take Action" mind first and human-engineer the life and mind you want to have and live. I have utilized these exercises for more than 8 years and have found them to be rewarding and "highly" beneficial to clients.

PART 1
Exercise
DESIRED STATE DESIGN, DS 
& The 5 WELL-FORMED CONDITIONS

Design a Model/Representation of what you really do want in your life, relationship, business, etc. using these 5 WFC’s.

1) Make your Vision of Success Positively Positive. Desired State, DS.

Write down what it is that you do want. Not what you don’t want. Describe precisely the Optimal conditions that you desire. Define the Vision of Success that you’d like to generate. Write down what it would be like for you as if you were fully meeting your wants, needs, desires & dreams in the area of your life you chose to address.

2) Must be Within Your Control. Avoid making your outcome dependent on another. Make it What you can do personally. Not what you can’t do.

Write down the Sequence of Success, the actions you must take, step by step, to achieve DS. Then, Envision the Sequence of Success unfolding. See yourself taking the actions to achieve Desired State.  This is the beginnings of your Plan of Action.

3) Sensory Specific. Now Back to the Vision of Success.

Write down how it would specifically look, sound, feel for you to get what you want. Feel it, NOW, "as if" it were real, happening right now in your Mind first. Clearly identify what you would have to see, hear, feel/experience in order for you to get what you value/want.

What will you:

Make it Big/ Bright/Colorful/ Close up/Make it Shine & Sparkle.

 

Say/Hear/Think/Believe  
Make it sound good/Use Powerful Beliefs/Positive Thoughts too.

 

Feel/Sense
Make it pleasurable sensations that Soothe & Excite.

Add Passion & Power. Make it zing!

When you will have achieved/gotten what you want. Desired State DATE (Month/Day/Year):________________

Give your self enough time so that you enjoy your self along the way. Live it up, more fully. More Fun.

4) CHECK Ecology 
Ask yourself,
"Is my outcome ecological? Is it good for me & those I care about? Describe precisely how it would positively benefit you & others, those you love & care about, affect.

5) Measurable 
How will you know that you have gotten what you want?

Write down what you’d notice when you got it. What would others notice about you or your relationship that’s different. What difference would it make in your relationship, your life?

PART 2

What is your Intention? What is it that achieving your Vision (Desired State) will do for you specifically?

New Belief System Design
 
Write down what Beliefs would support you in your quest.

Decide & design these now. Take the time to envision what you want & add to it the productive & positive beliefs or thoughts you’d have. What beliefs or thoughts would come up that would empower you? Sometimes it helps to think of the beliefs that used to limit you & then design the opposite of those beliefs. Flip ‘em up. Choose beliefs that would assist you in achieving DS.

What Emotions will you experience that will help you create the effect and environment you wish to have? Choose 5-10 emotions, Resource States, that will empower you & help you get what you want. Describe how you’d feel. What emotional states or feelings do you need to use or apply in order to achieve DS? Look at emotions as resources to power you up to Take Action. To help you achieve your Vision of Success. Try them on. ACT "AS IF" & it will be. Condition yourself for success with these new states.  Identify powerful & productive states.

Anchor the beliefs & emotions you’ve designed. 
Whatever belief or emotion will support you. Use visual images, a symbol, a saying, a word or a move. Decide what move you can make that will help trigger you to take action & MAKE YOUR MOVE. You may choose to simply touch your thumb & index finger together completing a circle (OK Sign) or make a fist & SAY YES. Fire it off & get those beliefs & emotions "Up & Running" InMind. first.

What specific Strategies & Skills - Behaviors/Actions - are required for you to make what you want happen? 
Identify the resources/strategies/skills you will need to achieve Desired State in your life? Access your best successes & accomplishments & use what’s worked for you before (past successes). Or, model someone who has  the resources, strategies & skills you need & do what they have done or do. Or, just go ahead and "Design anew" what it would take to get what you want.

TRIGGERS/CUES
What would start you off on the sequence of success? What signals or "signs of the mind" will let you know it’s time to take action towards DS. What would serve as an Action signal to get you to take action with the new Beliefs/Emotions/Behaviors/Resources/Strategies/Skills? 

So that, now, what used to trigger you to do the old... "not so good" beliefs, emotions, behaviors... now triggers you to do the new. These triggers now serve to re-mind you to access your best resources & apply them towards what you want, your vision of success. NAME & CLAIM them NOW as tools to propel you forward toward what you desire.

Desired State PROPULSION Chain 
Design a Chain Reaction now.
Start with what used to trigger the old nonproductive system & now have it trigger you to use the new, more productive vision, intention, beliefs, emotions or strategies/skills/behaviors-actions with ease, power & conviction. Imagine it happening right now, unfolding InMind, in the Mind Zone

See, hear & feel what it would be like to now unfold this more productive pattern of beliefs, emotions & behaviors in response to what used to limit you & keep you from getting what you want. Now instead of gyrating or shuddering or doing the same ‘ole, you "Go For It!" Full tilt Boogie! Take action towards DS.

PART 3
Exercise
Neurocise™ in the MIND™ Zone

Exercise your powers of mind.
Make it even better. MindFirst. 

1) Access the Vision of success you’ve designed using Success MindSet.

MindSet of Success. 
Imagine something that you are successful at, something that you have already done well or that you can do without even thinking about it. Something you are successful at. Then make it a big picture, brighten it up & make it colorful. Think about how you’d think & feel how you’d feel with this ability you have. Look through this Success MindSet & then, envision your DS Vision of Success happening right now on the inside. Know it’ll happen. Say to your self... IT IS DONE.

See it! Hear/Think/Believe It! Feel & Do It! NOW! Inside!

2) Say & DO & View the Sequence of success. 
TRY IT ON FOR SIZE.

Go through the Steps that will make it better, like you really want it to be. Step by step. Imagine & experience it as if it were really happening right now. Mentally & emotionally rehearse your success. Take it from PS - - - - - DS, from it being good to even better. Run it through the Sequence of Success now looking through the Success Set of Mind. Notice what used to trigger the old now triggers the new. What happens for the good? Notice What’s Better. Make notes.

3) OPTIMIZE & LAYER EVEN MORE.
Enhancement time.

Make it SUPER ATTRACTIVE. MAGNIFY & AMPLIFY to make it even better. Go ahead & make the vision/picture bigger, brighter, more colorful & close up. Step inside it. Turn up the good sounds & sensations & really get into it by associating fully to what makes it enjoyable, pleasurable, satisfying. Feel what it is like to really experience the changes & the good sensations of having achieved DS, what you want. Enhance your state & get into your most ecstatic & passionate state. Run it through the sequence of success again & again.

Then, ASK YOURSELF: Is it how I want it to be? Is it enough for me now? If so, go to step 4.

If not, then go back through the process from DS Design, Solution Design & Success Conditioning to make any ADDITION or EDITIONS. ADD or EDIT until you do design successful conditions, the identity, the values, the intentions & desired state beliefs, emotions & strategies/skills (behaviors-actions) that will propel you towards what you want.

4) FUTURE PACE Fast Forward & GO to:

1 Week -> 1 Month -> 3 Months -> 6 Months -> 1 Year -> 3 Years -> 6 Years -> 10 Whole Years of Good Living.

Ensure that it is what you want by using the power of Mind. Stop at each time you’d like to add more pleasure. See, hear & feel, or just experience the DS you’ve designed & view how it turns out for you. If by chance, you see, hear or feel something you don’t like, make the Additions & Editions you desire. Adapt!

You can use this whole process again or just DS Design, Solution Design or Success Conditioning, Name It & Claim It, DS Generator or Action Generator. This process (& the exercises) will work on many areas of your life. Repeat the process or do the exercises when issues come up, when you have outcomes you’d like to achieve or
when you’d like to generate positive & pleasurable conditions in your life.

PART 4
Exercise
DESIGNER EXPERIENCES

Now, design an actual experience, of benefit to you, that will include the application of what you have designed InMind above. Sequence, step by step, for success. Go First! MindFirst! Write it down or draw it up... in your mind, first... so you’ll have an imprint of what you’ll go & do & ensure that you actually experience Desired State, DS. Make a commitment to do it &... Go For It! 

Then, "Go & Do" what you know you need to do to get what you want. Experience it firsthand.

Design experiences of relaxation, pleasure, excitement, ecstasy, passion, seduction, fulfillment, enjoyment, motivation, attraction, Going For IT, whatever you need to live the life of your dreams.

You are the design engineer of your mind & life, your mind-life :) . You just go along with whatever they decide & design without question... within means of course. Do what is within your comfort zone. You may want to stretch a little. Use this as a learning experience as to just how far you are willing to go to have what you want in life.

Now, you can take stock & evaluate what results you got once you have made the additions & editions you require & you have taken the action to generate what you want. Make notes of what worked & what you results you obtained/got. How’s your life different with this New System? Write down what positive benefits, effects & consequences these beliefs, emotions & behaviors along with the resources, strategies & skills have had on your life, on you.

Make note of all that is juicy & attractive so that it pulls on you, propels you to keep going for it & taking action to make what you want happen.

Just complete these worksheets as often as you’d like to make even more additions/editions towards DS.
